We are very happy to welcome Meike to our team!

As several of you have noticed, we have a new addition to our Support Team: Meike. We are very happy to welcome Meike and to have her on board here at Tutanota! Most of your questions to us will be answered by her while technical requests are mainly handled by one of our developers.

As our user base is growing by thousands of new users every day, we need to improve and speed up our support structure. This is where Meike comes in. We are very happy that she joined our team, making us now a team of five. (Unfortunately, there is always someone out of the office so we haven’t managed to make a team picture with all of us together, yet.)

To improve support we have also created a detailed how-to page that tells you all the details on Tutanota and how to use it. If you run into any issue, we kindly ask you to check the FAQ before contacting us directly. You can also check our detailed FAQ here.
