Now in Tuta Calendar: Time zones for events
We are happy to announce that with our newest release Tuta Calendar now comes with a nice new feature: time zones for events – a feature that has been requested by our users and community for a long time. Their wish has finally come true now!
If you want to set up and use Tuta Calendar check out our in-depth guide.
How to set it up

If you want to create a New Event in your Tuta Calendar, you can now set the time zone in which the event should take place. On top of that, you can set up separate start and end time zones for your events. This is especially suitable if you have an international flight that takes off in Brazil and lands in Spain, for example. Or if you want to schedule an important meeting in another time zone.
New in Tuta Mail: Faster search and more!
In case you wonder how the default time zone setting in your Tuta Calendar is set: If you are using the Tuta client, the time zones will be taken from your device. If you are using Tuta in the web client, the time zone will be taken from the web browser you are using. This also means, which is really nice and convenient, that if you change the time zone on your phone, the default time zones in your Tuta Calendar app on the phone will change automatically accordingly.
Wrapping up
Stay tuned for what is coming next! We at Tuta are looking forward to continuing improving Tuta Mail, Tuta Calendar (and soon Tuta Drive)!
