New Year, new offices: We have moved.

During the Christmas holidays we have moved to new offices in Hanover. After eight years of developing Tutanota, we have on-boarded so many developers that our beloved offices in the Hanomaghof have become too cramped. Now, we are still situated in Linden-Süd with enough space to grow our team by the dozens - and that's what we are planning to do in the next eight years!

Thanks to our awesome community, we were able to grow our team continuously so that we are now nine passionate freedom fighters. As our previous offices were designed for a maximum of six employees, we started looking for bigger offices already in summer 2019.

Finally, after a very successful year 2019, we were able to round this year off by moving to our new offices during the Christmas holidays.

This was a very exciting time for our team - not only because we had to become experts at setting up an office kitchen as you can see from the picture, which was a very nice change to all of us compared to our usual routine of writing code.

Now we are almost done, so we are back at our desks, continuing with the routine of writing code and building the most secure email service.

For 2020, we again have set the goals very high. We are excited how Tutanota will improve this year. As we keep growing our team, please get in touch if you are an excellent software developer!
