Paying for your Tuta subscription on Android just got easier because now you can use Google Play Store payments and pay in your local currency.

Android users can now pay for Tuta subscriptions using Google Play Store payments and pay in their local currency.

If you’re an Android user, you’ll be happy to hear that you can now pay for your yearly or monthly Tuta subscription using Google Play Store payments. Not only is this a quick and easy way to pay for Tuta's end-to-end encrypted products, but it also allows you to pay in your local currency.

Steps to download the Tuta app and pay using Google Play

  1. Go to the Google Play store & download the Tuta App
  2. Choose your Tuta plan
  3. Enter your email address, password, & save your recovery code
  4. Under payment select Google play
  5. Click Checkout with Google Play
  6. Click 1-tap buy

Note: When using Google Play Payments the subscription fee for Tuta are slightly higher due to payment platform fees. If you already have a paid Tuta subscription and would like to switch to pay via the Google Play Store you will need to wait until your current subscription has finished and then switch the payment method due to current technical limitations.
