Hi, we are Tuta, the most secure email and calendar service. Our mission is to bring privacy to the world and to enable everyone to store and manage their data in the cloud with zero tracking. For over a decade, we have developed our product and built strong ties with privacy and open source communities.
Our service is used by millions of people around the world. We are now in the process of turning our secure email service into an encrypted platform and for this we want to grow our international team. Our aim is to present an alternative to Big Tech and to make privacy simple and accessible for all.
As a member of our support team, you will help shape our customer-friendly support and be an important influencer on our development team with direct insights from our customers.

Your profile
- You want to protect people’s privacy
- You like communicating with people and can do so in spoken and written language (German C1 & English B2)
- You can explain technical issues well
- You have good analytical skills
- You enjoy independent work as well as teamwork
Your tasks
- First-level support for business and private customers via email (English & German)
- Maintain internal documentation on support cases
- Discuss desired features and reported bugs with the development team
- Retesting of reported bugs
- Optional: help in technical support with the analysis of bugs
