Website Developer (working student)
Hi, we are Tutanota, the most secure email and calendar service. Our mission is to bring privacy to the world and to enable everyone to store and manage their data in the cloud with zero tracking. For over a decade, we have developed our product and built strong ties with privacy and open source communities.
Our service is used by millions of people around the world. We are now in the process of turning our secure email service into an encrypted platform and for this we want to grow our international team. Our aim is to present an alternative to Big Tech and to make privacy simple and accessible for all.
We are looking for a student with website development experience to help improve and maintain our website (yes, the one you are looking at right now :-)). Please understand that we can not offer any relocation support for this student job. Join our mission and bring privacy to the world with us!
Your profile
- Experience in web development with Javascript/Typescript, ideally also in Mithril or React
- A feeling for UI design and usability
- You like to work self-responsibly and as part of a team
- Good written and spoken English
Your tasks
- Maintenance and further development of our website
- Improvement of the design and usability
- Optimization of the build process of the website
- Close collaboration with the marketing team on website content
